Releasing the Body’s Energies from the Shackles of Learned Behavior

Here at Chi The Sixth Sense I am dedicated to the exploration of our human existence, using our body as the ultimate tool to move beyond. What I am focused on is enhancing the process of allowing our innate intelligence within our bodies, down to the tiniest cell to surface and flower, to fully express its natural being allowing us to move beyond to inhabit our True Nature. As a result I have been forced to look at the debilitating effects that the deep imprint of our learned behavior has on our health, well-being and longevity.

“The body is a tool for initiating and sustaining energetic changes in our being.”
I offer alternatives for understanding the root-causes of the pain and distress we feel in our lives produced by the imprint of our learned behavior, and how to use this knowledge to heal ourselves. I also outline techniques to help therapists and teachers to better understand their own perspectives and modalities. Offering new understandings of both mental and physical approaches that will enable us to help others .
I explore different therapeutic approaches from around the world and in what way they enhance or detract from allowing our natural intelligence to surface – including diverse meditation methods; psychological therapies; body techniques like Chi Gung, martial arts, Yoga; Acupuncture and massage; dance and other movement therapies.

I have found that by letting ourselves tap into our source and allowing it to permeate our learned behavior we can access an energy that will enable us to sustain and enhance our personal relationship with the living world around us.

What I am looking at is so elementary that it defies mere linear thought. Thus the complexity of using the sense of our body as our primary tool for exploration compels me to present a multi-faceted approach using many perspectives at once to get a fuller picture — thus the kaleidoscopic multimedia model I have adopted.
I’m looking forward to meeting you on this journey.
